We can offer you the career in care you’ve been looking for, flexibility to work early or late shifts whenever they suit you!

With excellent staff benefits and the opportunity to pursue recognised Adult and Child Care qualifications - join St Elizabeth’s Bank and see where a career in care could take you.

About our Bank

We are currently seeking compassionate, caring and committed individuals to join our Bank to provide care and support to our residents and learners in our Adult Home, Children’s Home and Supported Living service. You will assist our residents and learners with various aspects of their day-to-day lives, including personal care, leisure activities, domestic duties, administering prescribed medication alongside developing life skills whilst promoting independence.

About You

We care more about you sharing and demonstrating our values and commitment to enable our residents to live their lives as independently as possible in our well-equipped on-site bungalows.

If you do share our values and care, we want to hear from you!

We will give you all the training and support you need, such as helping you achieve fully funded qualifications in Adult Care or Residential Child Care (RQF 2 & RQF 3). You will be supported by St Elizabeth’s to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support, but assisting them to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, swimming and gardening as a form of therapy.
