Job Title: Employer Engagement / Learner Recruitment Consultant
Location: North of England - Must be flexible with travel throughout Manchester, South Yorkshire, Tees Valley & surrounding areas
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Actively market, promote and engage with new employers and learners to actively develop new relationships and generate learner starts for ESF Programmes.
Maintain relationships with employers, stakeholders, referral agencies and LEP’s to ensure they have the best possible learning journey.
Ensure that sales opportunities are maximised at all times by promoting our client as the training provider of choice.
Ensure that targets are achieved to maximise income / profit generated from learner starts.
Attend meetings with key stakeholders to discuss their training and / or recruitment needs and develop delivery models that will meet these needs.
Ensure candidate suitability and eligibility for the programme through initial IAG, screening and interviews.
Utilise CRM systems to create and coordinate a pipeline of opportunities that will lead to employer / candidate participation
Work closely with the SMT to ensure income contributions are in line with contractual requirements.
Produce monthly plans that consolidate a range of marketing and sales strategies that will lead to greater learner participation.
Proven experience of engaging with employer’s, and developing new business for the generation of learner starts for ESF Funded Programmes (NEET / SSU / SSW).
Knowledge of accredited Qualifications and adult education including other funding initiatives (traineeships, apprenticeships, AEB)
Ability to create long lasting effective partnerships with Employers, generating a continuous pipeline of learner referrals.
The successful candidate will be organised, process and target driven with the ability to engage with prospective employers at all levels.
Proven ability to deliver bespoke presentations and pitches to secure new business
Sound knowledge of the local labour market
