Our globally recognised client seeks an experienced IT Managed Service Consultant to work in a fast moving, challenging environment where processes and procedures are constantly changing.

This position requires a deep and strong Technical knowledge for business practices in Customer Service business and business application.


* Taking control of customer service operations to ensure delivery of improvement process in line with SLAs

* Coaching and developing the team to continuously improve output and quality

* Refining processes with Multi-channel tool for Customer Support (3rd party)

* Refining the process for designing, building and operating service processes

* Understand and improve business process with vendor

* Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications

* Contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, to ensure successful project completion


* Strong experience with a Customer Experience Management Platform (. Sales Force, Zendesk Sprinklr, Khoros)

* Full project lifecycle experience within an or Telecoms environment

* Understanding of Customer Experience Management Platform and knowledge of social media platforms


* Extensive experience of leading API (Web service) operation and implementation

* Experience in SAP

* Business process knowledge in call centre Customer Service industry

* Experience in a support and development role
