The role is an Electrical Maintenance Engineering opportunity for an extremely driven, team player!

We’re looking for an excellent engineer who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, as you may be required to work while management are not on site. On top of a satisfying role with a business you’ll be proud to work for, the package is good and is reviewed regularly. There’re more senior members of staff with plans to progress or retire so there’s definitely scope for progression for you should you want it.
About the role:
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (Apply online only)/(Apply online only))
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be required to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to proactively keep the site running smoothly. Naturally, there will be reactive work to carry out. However there is a big focus on being proactive over reactive as this reduces downtime. Continuous Improvement suggestions are always welcome, any ideas are encouraged.
What we need from you:
Apprenticeship served in a relevant field is a MUST
Experience working within Heavy Industries is a MUST
PLC knowledge and capability is important
Experience working with inverters, motors, and other components
Attitude and personality are key; a proactive team player is needed
17th/18th edition qualifications are needed
