We are currently looking for a Backshift Chargehand to join our busy Engineering Department at our Longstone Garage

What will you be doing?
You will be required to oversee and supervise the daily running of the depot Fuelling & Cleaning activity
You will be working backshift 39-hour week with a degree of flexibility
To ensure the fleet is presented to the Group Standard
Carry out audits on the internal and external of the vehicle cleanliness
To fully comply with all HSE legislation as well as Lothian’s internal policies
To provide guidance to other staff as required
To allocate planned and unplanned work to Fuelling and Cleaning staff
Who are we looking for?
You must possess a full UK Driving Licence and the ability to hold a PCV in the future.
To be fully conversant with the safe operation of equipment
Excellent team building skills
Good communication skills
Good leadership skills
