Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant

Salary £19,000 - £22,000

Location: Doncaster

Our client, part of an entrepreneurial group of companies are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team. Supporting the Accounts Manager and Finance Manager you will take responsibility for the Purchase Ledger and any queries relating to it.

*Matching and coding of invoices
*Reconcile supplier statements
*File invoices
*Processing weekly bacs run
*Month end accruals
*Act as a point of contact for all relevant enquiries
*Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
*Covering reception as required
*Ad hoc duties as required

You will have previous experience with volume Purchase Ledger. You will be well organised, motivated and self disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working independently. Experience of Sage 50 would be desirable but good Excel skills are essential.
