Vision for Education are currently recruiting for supply teachers specialising in Science to work in a number of SEND schools and settings across South Yorkshire.

The role

This is a supply role, that is a perfect opportunity to work around what you are looking for whether that is day to day or long-term roles. All bookings will be based in SEND schools and settings which specialise in a number of needs including MLD, SLD, ASD, ADHD, HI/VI, SEMH, Physical disabilities, SPLD and behavioural issues.

Availability can be flexible to work around your personal preferences.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Mathematics Teacher, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Science specialism
  • Have experience supporting children and young adults with a range of different learning needs and abilities - MLD, SLD, ASD, ADHD, HI/VI, SEMH, Physical disabilities, SPLD and behavioural issues
  • Flexibility to travel to and adapt in different schools
  • Be reliable, flexible and creative!
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team, have a nurturing and caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Outgoing and resilient personality with an empathetic approach
