Position / Business

TrustQuay is looking for a Solutions Expert work closely with the sales team to promote TrustQuay's software products to prospective customers globally.

Reporting to (Position)

Head of Pre Sales


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining/evolving a demonstration copy of TrustQuay's software for the Trust, Corporate Services and Fund Administration markets.

  • Providing both remote and face-to face demonstrations of TrustQuay's software to prospective customers globally and fielding functional and technical questions (albeit detailed technical knowledge is not a pre-requisite for this role)

  • Assisting with all aspects of the sales cycle and assisting the sales team where needed, including responding to RFIs and RFPs and attending detailed product walkthrough workshops.

  • Building relationships with the TrustQuay Product Management, Support and Development teams to help ensure assistance is available when needed.

  • Providing input to marketing activities and events.

  • To support Accounts Management and existing customers by applying product knowledge and experience to help resolve problems and help meet customers expected benefits from the product

  • Travelling overseas when required to conduct pre-sales activity with potential customers

  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of: target customer industry trends, drivers and regulatory initiatives; competitors' offerings and their differentiators in the market; and provide input to internal discussions on the strategic direction of TrustQuay's NavOne software.

Experience and Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • NavOne or Microsoft Business Central Knowledge

  • Broad technical knowledge including an understanding of different development environments, operating systems, system deployment options etc.

  • Experience of working within the Trust or Corporate Services industry is desirable but not essential
