Working for this leading software company, a new and exciting exists within this fun and vibrant employer. Working within a 2nd line support team of customer facing professionals, you will offer your 2nd line support expertise to their prestigious customers and offer a fast and precise support service.

Operating within SLA’s, you’ll handle issues over the phone and via a problem management system. You’ll support customers across a range of issues covering both software and hardware issues and business process analysis and problem resolution.

Suitable candidates must have experience and be naturally skilled in the following:

  • Working knowledge of databases: SQL, (desired)
  • Familiar with Windows platforms (7, 8,10) Windows Server 2008/2012, Terminal Services
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • remote tools (VNC)
  • Very high level of analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
