HR Administrator


£0 - £24000 per annum

Permanent (Full time)

There is a fantastic new opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a well-established and large organisation based in Colchester. The role will be responsible for the full Hire to Retire' employment cycle and is a 6 month fixed-term contract position.

Key duties:
·First point of contact to all colleagues, management, and divisional HR teams
·Process system changes and create documentation for existing colleagues
·Resolve first level benefits queries from colleagues and escalate where necessary
·Resolve absence & holiday queries
·Support with family related leave policies, flexible working requests and absence letters
·Process leaver information
·Handle confidential information

The successful individual will have strong communication skills, be a competent user of the Microsoft Office package and be able to work effectively in a team.
