We are now looking for a Service Administrator to join our team based in Sherwood Nottingham.

Service Administrator Role
Service Administrator required for leading designer and supplier of commercial catering facilities, to carry out full range of service administrative tasks including the below:

  • Logging calls, allocating to engineers, updating clients and maintaining Service Log
  • Preparation and submitting quotations
  • Processing of purchase and sales orders on sage
  • Processing service purchase invoices and sales invoices
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • General Administration

Requirements for Service Administrator

  • Administration and Computer literacy necessary
  • Sage experience desirable but not essential
  • Previous Service experience necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
