Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher status, experience of teaching Citizenship and PSHE to Secondary aged students.

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Citizenship and PSHE to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local Secondary schools in Rotherham and the surrounding areas. This is a Supply teaching role, offering full and part time, and flexible working conditions to suit your needs.

The role

The desired Humanities Teacher specialising in Citizenship or PSHE will be working in a number of settings, giving variety in your day to day. You will be working with students with a wide range of ability levels from diverse backgrounds. This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Citizenship and PSHE Teacher, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have experience teaching Secondary Citizenship to GCSE and PSHE across the board.

  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary Teachers.

  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
