Finance Co-ordinator

Contract (Full time)

There is a fantastic new opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join a well-established and growing team based in Ipswich. The role will provide the administrative financial function to the business.

Main Duties:

• Maintenance of Sage cashbook
• Administration of bank accounts to include bacs payments
• Daily liaison with clients
• Monthly reporting to management against budgets on income and expenditure
• Running monthly payroll function for clients
• Administration of pension schemes
• Assistance with budget preparation and setting for clients
• Management of debt lists
• Some general administration and support to the Directors to ensure the smooth running of the office and systems.

The successful individual will have relevant experience, be a strong communicator and an excellent team player.

The role is based in Ipswich town centre so is accessible via public transport.
