My client, based just outside of Horsham, is looking for an Administrator to join their Operations team.

Location: Horsham outskirts- public transport available


Key Duties:

  • Understand and complete multiple processes across operations administration
  • Contribute and feedback in team meetings
  • Cross-trained for multiple functions/Administration processes to support multiple areas of the business
  • Follow procedures and instructions in order to ensure good client outcomes
  • Source answers and think logically to find solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Previous administration skills
  • Successful candidates will have accurate data entry and typing skills
  • IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Office and Excel
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work to enable delivery against tight deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills specifically on technical topics.
  • Excellent attention to detail
