Salary: £35k basic salary/with £ OTE

Sales Development Representative Package:
A competitive basic salary of £35,000
Y1 OTE of £47,500

Sales Development Representative Role:
Open up new business verticals and target accounts in your allocated region
Engaging prospects within target accounts over the phone, on social channels and via email to qualify and set appointments for our account executives
Collaboratively working with account executives to identify and target enterprise level accounts by leveraging intelligence tools
Creating and maintaining active engagement strategies to create awareness and education with prospects through informed, creative follow-ups
Research, build out and develop prospective accounts within our CRM
Partner with marketing teams to support messaging, initiatives and campaigns and identify the best target market segments
Achieve quotas and KPIs
Sales Development Representative Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Business fluency in German and English
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a sales role or sales development capacity within a software or technology environment
Ability to quickly engage with prospects over phone, email, socials and in person
Familiar with sales engagement, enrichment and intelligence tools for prospecting
Comfortable in a target driven environment
Familiar with CRM
You have clear and concise communication skills both written and verbally
You are determined, able to overcome objections and are not afraid of rejection
You are a team player, able to learn quickly and can effectively manage your time to meet objectives
