Position: Telemarketer

Location: Mostly remote, local to Epsom area

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 per year plus up to £550 per month in commission

Purpose of Role:

As our Telemarketer, your role will be to handle incoming Digital Lead enquiries efficiently and effectively to qualify new potential business for the company. Alongside handling these incoming leads, you will also have the freedom to create self-generated leads to deliver new customer appointments for the field sales team, to support the winning and development of new business and to help deliver on company sales plans.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Qualifying prospects from campaigns, internet research and data lists over the phone
Generating new business leads via market planning
Reaching out to potential new business connections and grow a positive business relationship
Receiving inbound calls from marketing campaigns and advertising
Booking appointments for New Business
Profiling digital leads to ensure new business opportunities are of a high quality


Previous experience in a phone-based sales role in a target driven :

Previous experience in a remote or home-based role

Essential Skills / Knowledge

Able to prioritise and take responsibility for own workload
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail in all forms of communication
Self-disciplined with the ability to meet deadlines
Able to multi-task efficiently
High standards of administration and data processing
You must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UKDesirable:

Understanding of the UK coffee shop industry
Competent in all Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
