Account Manager (French or German Speaking):
Smart10 are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable company, who are looking to expand their Sales & Account Management Team. This opportunity will offer the successful candidate the chance to account manage existing clients of the business, build long term successful relationships with customers and have the long term aim to increase client spend.
We are looking to speak to candidates who have previous B2B Sales and Account Management experience. You must be articulate, driven, client focused and have a consultative approach to all those you support. You must also be able to speak French or German, to be considered for this role!

* Job Title: Account Manager (French or German Speaking)
* Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 basic (Plus OTE)
* Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
* Contract: Permanent, Full Time
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm
* Attractive basic salary (up to £30,000 )
* Quarterly bonus depending on Targets met (Approx £500 to £2000 additional per QTR)
* 20 Holiday days a year, plus Bank Holidays
* Free on-site parking
* Immediate employment start dates available for the successful candidate
What you’ll be doing…
* Managing existing client accounts
* Conducting regular service reviews with clients
* Researching companies, getting to know their business and build long term excellent relationships
* Producing quotations and processing orders
* Working to achieve monthly targets and company KPI’s
* Attending occasional client meetings
* Monitor client spend with a view to increase customer revenue generated
* General administration duties
* Updating CRM system
Previous B2B Account Management experience essential
Consultative sales approach is a MUST
Excellent written and verbal communications skills is essential
MUST speak German and / or French
Outbound calling experience
Strong skills, numerate and literate
Driven, ambitious and hard working
Flexible, well organised
Works well under pressure and driven by targets
Excellent Customer Service approach, exceeding client expectations
European language skills would be highly advantageous, however are not essential!
