Our client is an exciting housing and property development business based in London. There is currently a requirement for a ‘HR People Advisor’ to support employee relations and to manage recruitment campaigns. You will be degree educated and CIPD fully or part qualified have excellent communication skills. You will have a ‘can do’ customer focused attitude with a relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.

Core duties of he HR People Advisor include:

* Responsible for the implementation of HR policy ensuring policies are consistent and all HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably

* Support colleagues across the business in relation to employment

* Assist with employee relations and performance management from disciplinary to grievance process

* Advise line managers on the most effective ways to fill vacancies and support the recruitment process

* Take the lead on all vacancies and talent management to full life cycle

* Work with internal and external suppliers to screen top talent in both a reactive and proactive capacity

* Travel to different sites for implementation and overall stakeholder management

* Ensure data on manual and computerised records is accurate and up to date

* Advise, guide and influence the SLT around people related challenges and how this contributes to company performance

* Accountable to work with line managers on casework

* Support on TUPE projects and change programmes/restructures

The Requirement of the HR People Advisor:

* Degree or professional qualification

* CIPD part or fully qualified

* Sound understanding of good HR Practice

* Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills

* Team player who can see potential in others

* A proactive approach to work

* Resilient and tenacious

* Some experience of TUPE

* Flexible to travel across different sites

* Able to handle / support high volume of complex cases
