Department: Care of Elderly - Medical Secretaries
Band/Pay rate: £ per hour.
Hours: per week Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for a Administrator at Wythenshawe. The administrator will be providing the following support to the team.
Tracking in and out of patient records using the PAS system (Lorenzo). Ensuring all patient records are correctly tracked to the correct location. consultants office.
Creating and amending waiting list entries in line with departmental procedures.
Sorting and distribution of incoming mail both electronic and paper form, ensuring all supporting documentation notes, x-rays and results are available for the medical staff to review.
Requesting patient records, to ensure clinical documents are filed in a timely manner.
Dealing with telephone enquiries, promptly and communicating accordingly thereafter.
Dealing with all patients and their relatives/carers in a caring and professional manner, providing admission/appointment
Undertaking routine clerical duties and any other tasks relevant to the role as requested as and when required.
