About the job
An excellent overseas job opportunity has arisen in the Middle East with one of our key clients in the Aerospace & Defence sector. We are searching for an experienced Aeroscience Instructor, responsible for the delivery of structured Aeronautical Science training programmes to Air Force Cadets.

Key Responsibilities
If successful you will report to the Academic Manager for Scientific Studies, and as Aeroscience Instructor be responsible for:

Design and ongoing development of Aeronautical Science related courseware for subjects including Aircraft Engines.
Structured monitoring and reporting of cadet academic progress with regular assessments in the relevant Aeronautical Science subject.
Continuous review of courseware, with the responsibility to consult with the end-customer on relevant changes to Aircraft Engines training content and/or equipment where appropriate. About the Employer

About the Person
The ideal candidate for this Aeroscience Instructor position will most likely come from a military academy background and will have:

Degree level education in a relevant field or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience through formal recorded vocational training.
Specialist knowledge in Aerodynamics, Aircraft and Flight Performance, Aircraft Propulsion Systems, Avionics, Meteorology.
Recent instructing and teaching experience of an Aeronautical Science related subject.
Completed a formal instructional or teaching qualification.
Specific experience in the design and ongoing development of courseware and curriculum, ideally with knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
Demonstrable knowledge of Life Cycle Management processes and Quality Assurance. The Reward & Overseas Benefit
