Who is TaperedPlus?

Using cutting edge design technology, and revolutionary roofing materials, TaperedPlus designs and builds award-winning flat roofs in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Over the past 6 years, they have built a loyal workforce with many employees being promoted- some 2-3 times over!

Due to planned expansion, and significant investment into the business, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the New Build sector.

Who are you?

You will be from a Specification or Technical Sales background, with a demonstrable knowledge of flat roofing insulation or waterproofing systems.
You are ambitious but looking for a company which can provide financial stability in these uncertain times.
If you have an existing customer base, that would be ideal. However, the company has a massive ‘spec bank’ for new business which is untapped at the moment.
Passionate about proving yourself, with a history of self-improvement and continual growth.
You friends and colleagues would probably use these adjectives to describe you: self-motivated; entrepreneurial; innovative; commercially aware; passionate.
What is the role?

Quite simply: You will establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients within your region. Focus is on non-combustible flat roofing insulation solutions and additional innovative materials.

TaperedPlus have invested heavily in R&D and behind the scenes support to assist you in your new role.
