About The Role
EKFB is seeking to recruit a Works Manager with extensive Earthworks experience. As a Works Manager you will manage site operations and manage a team of General Foremen and Foremen and be responsible for Survey/GI sub-contractors and ensure they are working in line with agreed RAMS, Point of Work RAs etc.

Your key responsibilities will include managing operations for site management and general works. Managing Safety on the project including giving inductions and effective Tool Box Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work assessments to Site Operatives. You'll also need to manage and supervising Foremen and site activities to ensure tasks carried out are within their levels of skill and expertise.

We will need you to maintain daily records of site activities and liaise with the Line Managers to produce information for progress reports and also implement the requirements of work safety plans, method statements, risk assessments and other works procedures ensuring they comply with the relevant documentation. Ensuring all site operations and senior members of the team are managing health and safety and are wearing appropriate PPE at all times during site activities.
