Do you have an aptitude and experience of talking to customers and resolving their queries with basic tech knowledge?
Harvey Nash has an interesting Service Desk Analyst opportunity for you. Our client is one of the largest public health organisations in the UK and they are looking for Service Desk Analysts.
The ideal candidate will be part of a team which delivers effective technical support services to our client's customers.
This role offers the chance of entering into a dynamic team of 30, where you will receive support and be coached and start dealing with 1st line support queries.
A good level of customer service skills will be required for this role as you will be tasked with supporting our client's 50,000 users across the North of England.
If you are looking for entry level IT role or if you are a more experienced 1st Line Support, this is a great opportunity for you as there are more opportunities to progress your career.
The role is for an initial 3 months contract with the possibility of being made permanent and the role offers generous public sector packages.
You will be required to work from their office from 2nd August which is located in Durham city centre.
