2nd Technical Support Analyst - Leeds - Windows Server - Shift Work - Contract 12 months +++ (extendable)

My client is looking to recruit two 2nd IT Support Consultants based in Leeds.

Responsibilities:

2nd support - Responding to the customers technical / server issues and tickets raised by the 1st line support team.

Essential Skills

Previous 2nd Line support experience

Strong Windows Server experience

Strong trouble shooting experience

Experience of Active Directory, Citrix and nice to have is Unix /Linux.

Event monitoring - responding to events in 2 event monitoring systems, and ensuring these are translated into tickets (requires manual creation of tickets).

Excellent telephone manner and first class customer service skills.

**You will be required to work shifts on a 24 x 7 operation. Shift pattern will be: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off (repeat)**

**Must be eligible to gain SC Security Clearance**
