Recruitment Administrator

Overview:
To work in a busy OH Recruitment Team, assisting the Manager in their day to day bookings, supporting all administrative requirements to ensure a smooth transititon between OH Recruitment and the client. Supporting the candidates with enquires and offering advice where necessary.
Working with social media in the advertising of positions requesting new candidates, and then supporting them through the registration proccess.

Main duties:

* Handling enquires

* Maintaining administration

* Arranging assessments

* Formatting documentation

* Pre-selecting candidates

* Advertising positions

* Assisting OH Recruitment Manager

* IT Literate

Responsibilities

* To work supporting the OH Recruitment Manager

* Talking with candidates and helping them book into shifts

* Arranging documents to be sent to clients prior to booking

* Emailing documents to clients where necessary

* Answering phones, speaking with current and new candidates

* Formatting spreadsheets with new requests

* Updating our internal system and spreadsheets with any changes to clinics

* Assisting the compliance team with clearing nurses who are working immediately

* Sending out booking confirmations/cancellations to nurses and doctors
