Temporary (Full time)
Are you looking for temporary work? Do you have good customer service skills?
Our client is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their local call centre.
You will be Working 5 out of 7 days - - 5pm & on a shift basis. Weekend and bank holiday work is essential. Additional and a change in working hours may be required to meet the needs of our growing business.
Resolving customer queries in an efficient manner.
Maintain high level of product knowledge.
Processing Sales Orders accurately over the phone.
Responding to customer emails effectively and efficiently within 48/72 hour's time frame.
Answering calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers.
Making telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers.
Dealing with customer orders, card payments, enquiries and complaints.
Advising about products and services.
Supporting customers to resolve problems.
Updating customers records on computer databases.
Additional tasks may be required as authorised by your line manager from to time to meet the needs of the Criteria
GCSE's at grade A- C in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
Experience dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email.
Experience of customer services.
Experience with dealing with customer complaints.
Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues.
Good listening skills.
Problem solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to use own initiative.
Committed to learning about our product Criteria
Experience of providing a customer service via Live chat.
Experience of using NetSuite.
