Sales Researcher & Business Development Analyst
East London, Greater London, England

Identifying and creating qualified sales intelligence around the world, you'll help our multi-award- winning recruitment process outsourcing secure fresh opportunities and become bigger and better.
This is a key role in our Global Growth Plan being one of a small team focused solely on international opportunities, you will enjoy varied and important responsibilities with real impact. We will rely on you to populate the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system with details of prospective client companies and potential deals. You'll identify the global contract owner, procurement lead and other key contacts for each prospect. You'll also gather a range of vital sales intelligence - from the number of employees and annual vacancies to the number of countries in scope. Through consultative conversations and long-term dialogue, you'll build good relationships and boost our brand reputation with prospects. You will need to build great relationships with the regional sales teams who operate withing their local markets.
Who we're looking for

You need to bring the right skills and experience to the table, too. These include superb communication skills, especially on the phone. A talent for analysis, problem solving and perseverance - a keen eye for detail and well organised. You will have confidence, drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
We are looking for the right blend of
- An outbound telephone role
- experience of working in the commercial sector
- experience in data gathering and or analysis
- experience and expertise in using a database or CRM and ideally Salesforce
- sales or sales support experience
