Principal Recruitment Consultant

Since being founded in 2006 Frank Recruitment Group has claimed the title as the global leader in niche IT recruitment and have expanded across four continents. We are continuing to grow at this rate and consequently we are always looking for new high performance people to join in FRG in principal billing positions.

What we are looking for

  • Ideally 12+ months experience in a full 360 recruitment role or familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms and lead generation/business development.
  • Naturally target driven with a desire to succeed.
  • Selfmotivated and able to motivate those around you.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, targetdriven environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Executive headhunting via a range of platforms.
  • Selling FRG and your services to clients via business development.
  • Working closely with candidates from junior to director level.
  • Working with a range of clients from startups to international enterprises.
  • Acting as a matchmaker between candidate and client and managing the entire recruitment process yourself.
  • Mentoring and supporting Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
