The role of the Qurio Brand, Community Growth & Engagement Specialist is to own and grow the Qurio brand and community. Responsible to ensure the brand personality comes to life through all channels that speak about Qurio.

To develop community growth and engagement strategies, create operational plans to deliver to achieve goals set in line with UK market goals.

Plan into the strategy and how to operationalize new platform capabilities, with appropriate change management while identifying necessary resources to run the platform at scale.

Works in partnership with marketing, social, content, digital store, broadcast, CS&E in the UK market as well as the Qurio product, design and research team in QI

Community Growth

Plan, develop, and execute (partnering where needed) community growth strategies to achieve community growth goals

Using marketing through email, social, website, tv as well as taking a test and learn approach to community growth such as recommendations, competitions and other relevant ideas

Define new users acquisition strategies in partnership with social and marketing teams

Community Retention and Engagement

Plan, develop, and execute (partnering where needed) community engagement strategies to achieve community retention goals such as community emails, videos, push notifications, challenges, gamification

Evolve strategy for Qurio that is informed by user testing and is delivered in line with the product roadmap

Engage directly with the Qurio community for support, mentorship and keeping them informed through the Qurio community host role

Work with CS&E when required to ensure Qurio community guidelines are upheld / updated as needed

Brand, Activity Ownership

Create and maintain a schedule of planned activity for Qurio providing an overview of content for the Qurio community that is in harmony with the broader QVC UK strategy and creates clear visibility for the work needed in other teams to support delivery

Use the appropriate market processes such as Jira to request content to deliver on activity requirements

QA and sign off the content and copy produced for Qurio making sure it’ aligns with the brand personality

Omnichannel integration

Partner with social, digital store and broadcasting teams to identify, test learn and implement successful ideas to bring Qurio to life across QVC platforms where it adds value for customers in their QVC journey

Reporting and Community feedback

Complete and share back Qurio performance results and learnings from the community to the UK business and QI Qurio teams

Own the Qurio business forecast and performance model and drive appropriate actions to meet the forecast, set metric thresholds that trigger early warning signs for long temr impacts on the community development

Play and active role in shaping research efforts to understand community needs that will lead into future design and development of the Qurio platform

Monitor the Qurio app store rating and feedback

Qurio platform Product Development

Work with the QI Qurio team to develop and align on Qurio product vision that informs research, platform design and development

Work with the QI Qurio leadership team to make sure product priorities are aligned with business and Qurio community priorities

QA and sign off the design work making sure it’s in line with the Qurio community expectations

Legal, Data Privacy and advertising compliance

Collaborate with Legal, Data Privacy and advertising compliance where required to obtain the necessary approvals and guidance for new activity in Qurio

Plan the communication of customer facing legal or data privacy changes to the Qurio community
