Work From Home Role About the Principle Solutions Consultant Role The professional services team works closely with our client to ensure successful planning, design, development, implementation and adoption of our solutions. The team is made up of a blend of experience covering the whole project lifecycle, so we are able to offer a range of services to our customers. The Principal Solutions Consultant role plays an important role in the lifecycle of our projects. The role is to ensure that we understand any requirements in detail so that we are able to build effective, well-designed solutions, that provide maximum value and demonstrable ROI. Working directly with our clients on-site and with our technical teams, you will be the go-to person to ask for any solution-based questions, as well as providing technical oversight on the delivery of the project. The role, therefore, demands a balance of technical problem solving with the ability to take a strategic view on implementation. Your Experience You will be a consultant comfortable talking with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ideally have a proven record of delivering high-quality technical solutions (ideally within the NHS or public sector). Confident to provide input into the product steering group Be able to question and challenge clients in order to get a detailed understanding of requirements to ensure the best solution is obtained. Have experience of working within the wider professional services team Be comfortable scoping out and defining integration solutions as well as a history of translating customer requirements into effective solutions. Have the ability to articulate any technical integrations to the development team and ensure that any solution developed is of high quality. Responsibilities You will be keen to become a subject matter expert for our products as well as having detailed knowledge on how to overcome potential process and technical challenges encountered on other projects. Provide outstanding support to our clients and help drive adoption of the product. Ensure that solutions are highly secure and that any processes for gaining validation of this are followed at all times. Maintain an awareness of the product as well as industry knowledge and be able to share knowledge and skills with other members of the team. Assist the customer success manager with any onsite engagement and adoption events. Build strong ongoing relationships with customers and prospects to ensure that any strategic goals, trends, and initiatives are well understood by the wider business. Demonstrate a high level of technical competency especially around complex system integrations (experience of AWS/ Azure cloud technologies desirable)
