The Role We are currently seeking a qualified SDR Manager to build and lead a SDR team here at Ravelin. You will be training and supporting your team in finding and screening potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. The SDR team is the engine for the outbound function. SDRs will drive the top of the funnel by conducting the initial outreach via telephone. You should be an experienced manager with strong communication skills, and have the ability to meet team targets and report back to senior management. Every potential customer is an opportunity for your team to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Responsibilities * Help recruit, train and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads/outbound sales engagements * Manage and help establish metrics to help the team efficiently hit their targets * Utilise Salesforce to help manage your team's pipeline and report progress to the Sales leadership and the wider org as needed * Support your team with networking and sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages * Work closely with the Marketing team to manage and qualify new leads and opportunities * Be responsible for your team's pipeline * Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services * Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives * Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities * Report to leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Requirements * Experience building, training and managing a team of SDRs * 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management of a SDR or inside sales team * Strong communication skills via phone and email * Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills * Have a passion for technology and disruptive technology * Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented and sales leadership role * Experience working in a startup environment is ideal Benefits * Competitive salary & equity package * A minimum of 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Flexible working hours * Individual learning and development allowance of £1,000/year * Remote volunteer opportunities and monthly company charity donations * Fortnightly team lunches with different people from across the company (currently via video chat!) * Virtual quarterly company socials * Cycle-to-Work and childcare schemes * Virtual yoga twice per week as well as weekly board game and movie nights
