Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Homebased

Salary: Basic salary of up to £28,000 with uncapped commission realistic OTE £50,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday Working the following shifts 1 Day x 8am to 4pm, 2 Days x - 8pm, 1 Day x 8am - 6pm, Fridays - Alternates 8am - 2pm and - , Saturdays - 1 in 4, 10am - 4pm

Our client is a free online mortgage broker with a calculator to compare rates in less than 1 minute. Due to massive growth we have several home-based opportunities for Mortgage Advisors.

There is a superb support structure in place as any appointments booked in for Advisors, will already have a full fact find completed online, with a soft searched ready to proceed. There is an administration team to ensure all applications are processed, again providing admin support.

This opportunity offers a basic salary, uncapped commission that pays Advisors based on submissions and offers, meaning you do not have to spend months building up a pipeline.

About the role of Mortgage Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor, to build on their rapid growth and help redefine the future of the mortgage industry. You will work alongside a team of engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs with a shared vision of making the mortgage process as hassle free as possible. You will be encouraged to influence their customer experience with your ideas to ensure they continue to innovate and revolutionise mortgages.

Responsibilities required for the role of Mortgage Advisor

Advise customers on their mortgage options from the whole of market, using a unique in-house system.
Support customers mortgage applications and a alongside a team of Applications and Completions Managers.
Help the product team to continue and innovate how our client delivers outstanding mortgage advice by trialling new technology and required for the role of Mortgage Advisor

Fully CeMAP qualified
Experience giving whole of market advice on behalf of a brokerage
Experience giving advice within the residential and buy to let mortgage sector
Excellent customer care skills and the desire to deliver a swift and professional service
