Systems Developer Wiltshire Council’s vision is to enable people in the community to live the best life they can.

With a significant investment in our capacity we are looking to recruit Systems Developers to develop and maintain our systems in Adult Services (.
Liquid Logic Adults System LAS , CONTROCC) and support the implementation of new modules and IT tools – all with the intention of enabling high quality practice and case recording.
LIVE· WORK ·COLLABORATE About the role You’ll lead on system configuration changes required by users/managers and provide efficient and effective support for complex Helpdesk enquiries.
You’ll also work collaboratively with the team and with users as part of upgrades and failover testing.
You will contribute to the development of the digital/IT strategy for Adults Services and may work closely with Corporate ICT, Programme Office and key partner agencies during IT implementation programmes (.
delivering an Integrated Health & Care Record).
You may also be involved in relevant activity of the Business Intelligence programme.
You will work closely with the Business Information Team to ensure all systems and databases enable the efficient collection of operational and performance data – especially for Statutory Returns.

You will also have a firm operational understanding of Adult Care services as well as a basic understanding of placements and care packages.
Familiarity with other Liquid Logic products besides LAS ( Single View, Portals, LCS) and a basic understanding of CONTROCC would be helpful.
You’ll have an eye for detail and understand how good process mapping needs to inform good system workflow design and configuration.
