Reporting to the head of department, this is an excellent opportunity for the successful partner to further develop their expertise and reputation within a rapidly growing team. Acting for a varied client base including HNW individuals, the successful partner will manage a full caseload alongside playing a key role in the further growth and development of this area within the London office. This position is offered on a full or part time basis and homeworking opportunities will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Inheritance disputes
Validity and rectification of wills
Contentious Court of Protection
Applications for removal of executors
Breach of trusts claims
Claims for reasonable financial provision
Visiting the practices other offices as required
Developing business development strategies

The Candidate

Qualified solicitor or partner with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE
Technically proficient in all aspects of contentious probate
A following of clients to bring to a new practice will be a pre-requisite
Full membership of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists is highly advantageous
Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
Demonstrates an aptitude for business development
