If you answered yes to the above, then this behaviour mentor role is for you The Role For this behaviour mentor role, you will be working across KS1 and KS2 pupils, all with challenging behaviour.

You will be supporting these pupils on a 1:1 basis and small group basis .

You will need to have at least 1 years' experience in a behaviour mentor role for this position.

You will also be working with families.

However, with the expansion, it may be that there is depth to also work in the provision providing support to vulnerable pupils.

The School You will be working in a Secondary school based in Merton.

The school has a separate unit for vulnerable pupils.

The school also has staff parking on site but there are also multiple public transport options to get to the school.
