Are you a current or former university athlete or individual with experience of playing sport to a high level? Are you looking to transition into a new career? We're currently working with a scaling international start-up who are looking to hire ambitious, hard working and personable athletes into Recruitment Consultant positions for the Technology market.

Why recruitment? Those who have been involved in sport tend to excel in recruitment because of their valuable skill sets; being target-driven, personable, resilient and loving a challenge (and its reward) As a recruitment consultant, you will be Attaining a thorough knowledge of the recruitment process and industry your company is recruiting for.

Presenting the company's service in the best light possible by drawing on marketing techniques.

Interacting with different companies and clients to thoroughly understand their services and hiring needs.

Sourcing and securing new relationships with candidates and managing them through the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Creating a pipeline of new business.

Ideally, you will have Experience of playing sport to a high level.

Excellent organisation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.

An outgoing and energetic personality.

The ability to see problems as opportunities.

An assertive and proactive approach in everything you do.

A results-driven attitude.
