Jet Aircraft Sales ManagerJob Description:· Work closely with the business intelligence team, in house market researchers and the CEO to reach and find potential buyers and sellers of new and pre-owned corporate jet aircraft, and create long-term working/personal relationships with them· Originate and follow up leads to promote potential sales and exclusive mandate representations· Negotiate and close domestic and international deals with precise timing, diligence and continuous follow up· Specialise in specific OEM aircraft types to technically support the CEO and other team members· Work closely with maintenance facilities and owners’ flight departments throughout the sales process· Interact with tax and legal aviation specialists· Primarily office based (London) role but some international travel will be required for international trade shows, principal meetings and aircraft viewings as needed· Utilise information technology system for systematic follow up and CRM data collection· Liaise and build rapport with the wider aircraft brokerage community· Ability and willingness to work out of hours as and when required due to the international nature of the business· Schedule and meet with potential clients in the aviation showroom to educate them on the jet market, including comparisons of aircraft performance, operating costs, cabin dimensions and actual current market data· Negotiate marketing agreements to represent the sale to or acquisition of corporate jets· Act as an ambassador for The Jet Business brand at all times and to ensure that the company’s values are upheld to both external and internal contacts, through appropriate behaviour and performanceAbsolute Must Qualifications:· Minimum of 5 years of experience in international corporate aircraft sales · Experience in sales to high-net worth individuals and C level executives · A history of a successful sales record dealing with VVIP and corporate executives in global cultures· Creative and out-of-the-box thinker with a positive can-do attitude and attention to detail· Academic background in business aviation · A good knowledge of aircraft tax and ownership structures· Technical, mechanical or pilot experience is a major plus· Able to immediately work and reside in the United Kingdom· Additional non-English language(s) fluency a plus· Seriously motivated by financial gain potential· Excellent communication acumen with the flexibility to travel internationally
