What is involved: The Systems Support and Integrations Executive reports to the Head of Sales and Reservations and is responsible for the smooth operation of the company's reservations system.

This is an ideal, interesting and varied role for someone who enjoys problem solving, improving processes and workflows, is logically minded and has a familiarity with business systems.

The Systems Support and Integrations Executive performs a vital role in ensuring that our operational functionality is optimised both for sales and in the back-office, and in this way supports the reservations team in maximising sales and the admin team in maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The right candidate would proactively work to improve the system and its interconnectivity, looking at and implementing integrations with other systems that would add efficiencies and suggesting improvements to processes that would benefit the teams, as well as thoroughly testing any updates and developments and training the relevant teams on their use.

On a day-to-day basis, the Systems Support and Integrations Executive works closely with the reservations team to troubleshoot any issues that are raised.

The role also involves accurately loading accommodation details and pricing into the reservations system, setting up the system ahead each new season launch, suspending and opening sales etc.

  • Experience of Microsoft Office programs in particular a good level of proficiency in Excel Desirable qualities/skills/experience:
  • Previous experience of working with business systems
  • A familiarity with travel IT systems (reservations, ticketing, admin etc.) and databases
