Wealth Management Administrator

Location: Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire

Working as part of the team at Bellamy Wealth Management Ltd who are an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Financial Administrator to work from our office in Royal Wootton Bassett. You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by the team of advisers and offering support as required.
This business is well established and highly successful. You will be employed on a full-time basis by Bellamy Wealth Management and report into the Managing Director.

The Role – Financial Administrator

* You will be a first point of contact, providing a high level of technical and administrative support to the team as well as maintaining an excellent level of client service to clients of Bellamy Wealth Management

* You will be responsible for business submission using relevant software. Due to the regulatory environment we work within you will need to ensure that new business and tasks are processed in a timely way

* You will be given full on the job training. There will also be the opportunity for professional development and career progression for the right candidate

The Person – Administrator

* This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style

* Ideally, you will have been working in Financial Services for several years and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop

* You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised. You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision

* A relevant financial services qualification or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential

* It is essential that as a Financial Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
