Leeds Mechanical Design Engineer £22-£28k My client design, manufacture and install high value bespoke machinery in to various applications. The company is well established within the industry has experienced year on year growth even during the pandemic. The role:- understanding the requirements of the customer’s projects and translating these to manufacturing designs producing manufacturing drawings by creating equipment and component designs through CAD and prototyping. coordinating manufacture of components at subcontractors and assembly on site and tracking project costs, testing and evaluating the processing performance of equipment, investigating any problems encountered and developing solutions.
