We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team working at our London office.

We support them by influencing policy, supporting and hosting awards and events, and investing in new technology to ensure we’re fit for the digital music the RoleWe are looking for a part-qualified Management Accountant whose main focus will be working on the production and first stage analysis of financial information which is passed to FP&A team for further business, management & board Management Accountant oversees the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger, ensuring that balances are accurate and posted Management Accountant will also work with other areas within PRS for Music to assist on accounting issues and support the accounting requirements for the service level agreement with our duties include:Owning the month end process, ensuring control processes are maintained and effective and getting involved in other ad-hoc analysis, project work and Office for National Statistics (ONS) in performing tasks around the MCPS and PRS royalty creditors to:Aid in the month end deliverables, including reconciling system outputs and interfaces, posting journals and completing the reconciliation of the month end royalty creditor for PRS and balance sheet accounts for royalty creditor in PRS and MCPS, ensuring integrity of balances and accounting advance payments and subsequent recoupement- from a full list of responsibilities please contact our recruitment team at the email address shown for a Job salary for this role is up to a max of £35,000 per annum, depending on YouThe successful applicant will be a part-qualified accountant who is actively studying.
You will have proven experience working in a similar role including working on management accounts and balance sheet reconciliation.
You are a confident person with good communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
You will have strong Excel skills with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
