Are you experienced in assisting and resolving customer queries? Are you willing to go the extra mile? Are you happy to chat to people on the telephone daily? I am looking for a new member of a friendly helpdesk team who can assist customers with any questions they may have regarding the product they have purchased as well as assist with knowledge and support. You will be given full training but if you have a background within transportation this would be ideal. Ideally you may also hold a Transport Managers CPC National and International for HGV & PSV but the client will also be able to offer you support to obtain this.

Providing customers with satisfactory responses to requests for information and/or advice
Supplying information in whatever form is considered appropriate
Recording contact with customers on the system
Establishing a reference document to assist with future queries
Monitoring incoming correspondence and keeping up with developments and advising customers if they will be affected by this
Processing invoices
