My client is a well-known high profile music brand, reporting to the Communications Director, you will be the Senior Communications Executive responsible for planning, producing, implementing, and evaluating internal and external communications for the company.
Your role will create impactful internal communications to drive business development, performance, and culture to ensure that the company is a great place to do great work for all. 

You will develop communications to engage employees in their current and future strategic development of the audio business. You will also be responsible for the Audio area on their global intranet. You will be expected to have a keen interest in creating engaging multi-media content and campaigns to ensure the message resonates. You will also undertake external communications to position my client as an audio pioneer, innovating in connected devices for advertisers and listeners. This will include helping to planning campaigns and announcements for media relations and other forms of communications to reach stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking external communications.
  • Assisting with planning both campaigns and announcements for media relations.
  • Devising external communication plans and materials.
  • Monitor media and gather press coverage.
  • Support management issues or crisis communications.
  • Building strong relationships across the company and maintaining them.

In order to be considered:

  • PR/Comms experience that has been gained within a media/tech/audio environment
  • Experience of multi-media communications creation, produced and implemented to an agreed timeline.
  • Experience of creating change and internal comms plans with evidenced examples of good outcomes.
  • Video editing and photo editing skills, with previous evidenced experience.
  • Devise and implement creative communications plans that cut through and drive key messages.
  • Demonstrate forward thinking, through effective timeline planning and time management.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital, intranets and other software such as video and photo editing.
  • Able**to work fast in a dynamic environment – demonstrated through the ability to juggle multiple projects consecutively.**
