eCommerce Manager Location: Home based, office requirements 2x per month Salary: £60k - £70k + benefits Type: Full time / permanent Remarkable Jobs are currently assisting a client of ours, with the recruitment of an ‘e-Commerce Manager’ to join their Digital and Insights team. The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of web and e-Commerce to provide a platform for rapid growth. This will include strategy development, aligning to business planning, data analysis and reporting, website design, customer experience, personalisation strategies, digital distributor management, and adjacent web technologies including payment providers. This position will be best suited to a motivated eCommerce expert who is eager to apply their expertise to a growing global business. Working as part of a small team, the role will provide the successful candidate with a challenging and rewarding working environment with room for personal growth. ‘e-Commerce Manager’ Key Responsibilities: Develop a clear eCommerce road map to support business plans Deliver on initiatives through day-to-day operations across sites Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure relevant organisational goals are factored into web and eCommerce projects. Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across websites to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all content Manage the user experience including personalisation, checkout funnel and basket size. Support in promotional campaigns Constant analysis of customer behaviour through web analytics to improve on core KPIs and reporting to senior leadership Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices Manage and motivate your team to deliver an industry-leading customer experience ‘eCommerce Manager’ Key Skills: 6+ years relevant experience in B2B eCommerce with strong commercial savvy and knowledge of design, UX, user journey, and personalisation Strong track record of managing complex websites, ideally including integrating M&A platforms, while overachieving on KPIs and driving sustainable sales and profit growth Proven experience of working in collaboration across project managers, UX, UI and technologists to customer-centric digital projects Experience in CRM integration and building 360º customer views Outstanding analytical skills with experience interpreting results and drawing conclusions Fluency in English is a must, multilingual abilities is a plus For immediate consideration, please apply today
