International Sales and Key Account Manager – Full time – Permanent role. Benefits include Uncapped Commission, Company Pension Contribution, an Enhanced Health Plan, Life Assurance and Car Allowance to name a few.

Our client is highly focused on delivering solutions to physical asset intensive organisations from its base in Aberdeen. With a team of highly experienced Asset Reliability Engineers and Asset Management Specialists they have the knowledge and tools to look after the entire lifecycle management of its client’s assets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
·Overseeing the activities of two Business Development Executives while encouraging curiosity and creativity.
·Mentoring and coaching direct reports and Technical Teams as required.
·Managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst expanding existing accounts.
·Driving Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence together with the Business Development Executives.
·Engaging with prospect organisations to position physical asset management solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
·Identify potential clients and decision makers, research and build relationships.
·Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
·Work alongside other departments to offer a world class customer service.
·Managing the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Technical Managers, Principal Engineers and Partners as appropriate.
·Supporting at exhibitions and networking events as and when needed.
·Daily update of the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
·Accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.
·Target driven with a proven track record of performing in high-intensity environments with challenging deadlines.
·5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales, account management and virtual team leadership experience.
·Ability to present and promote the Company's products and services at all levels which include a record of selling software or technology at C-level across the oil & gas, mining, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, facilities, nuclear industries.
·Excellent IT skills with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Exceptional negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
·Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
·The ability to function and collaborate within a matrix close-knit structure.
·Previous SPIN® Selling Training and/or awareness of the Objective Management Group evaluation approach will be advantageous.
