Employee Relations Specialist Paying up to £35,000 + Benefits I am currently working with a leading technology company that are looking for a employee relations specialist to join their experienced team based in Manchester. Reporting directly into the Team Leader this role will play a pinnacle part in providing first class employment law advice and maintaining the highest level of customer service. Employee relations specialist will be a HR/Employment law expert and main point of contact for all HR/Employment law queries for their relevant client group. This is a permanent role and a great opportunity for any HR Professional (Employment Law specialist or HR Advisor/HRBP) that has worked for a leading technology/outsourcing company that is looking for a new challenge or a step up in their career. This role is perfect for anyone that is: Employment Law Consultant, Employment Law Specialist, HR advisor (solid understanding of employment law), ER Specialist, ER Advisor, HR professional with a law degree. Responsibilities: Provide HR & Employment Law Advice to client groups Provide clients with best practices on employment law/HR advice & guidance Production of employment documentation such as employee handbooks, principal statements, and other related documentation Deliver on-site HR & Employment Law services to clients Advise and effectively resolve any contractual queries and amendments as requested Liaise with Account Managers to ensure the clients' objectives are met Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the client's journey What we look for: Background within a technology or outsourcing environment is desirable but not essential Suitable degree relevant to employment law or CIPD, MCIPD qualified Law Degree with Legal Practice Certificate or Barrister Vocational Qualification desirable but not essential Good knowledge and practical experience of advising clients in all aspects of HR & Employment Law Accuracy and strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously but as part of a wider team Excellent communication skills Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
