Trainee Helpdesk administrator £18K Sevenoaks Workshop recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Helpdesk administrator to join our client based in Sevenoaks, a reputable leading maintenance service contractor providing plumbing, heating, drainage and other various services to both domestic & commercial clients.

Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.

This role would suit somebody who is a recent school / college leaver and is looking for a role where they can develop skills in a professional working environment.

You will provide support by ensuring you issue, receive, and record information accurately and timely for all calls received to the department.

Ensure that all appointments are met for the day, this will include booking appointments, engaging with customers, workers and managers of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To record accurate information on works being completed.

Ensuring appointments are given correct priority and budget code and schedule convenient appointments.

Allocate the engineer to attend appointments based on skills, availability and locality to the jobs.

Keep call time to a minimum to prevent others trying to reach you.

Deal with one request at a time, fully, before moving on to the next.

Input information directly into our job management system.

Assist the other team members throughout the day.

Undertake customer satisfaction surveys on completion of works and highlight any areas of improvement required.

SKILLS REQUIRED Have a clear and concise approach to verbal communication, able to use the phone to communicate effectively, and have good typing skills.

Able to deal with lots of activity, remain focused on the call you are dealing with, and the information that needs to be recorded or transferred by completing the task you are on before moving on to the next.

Have a reasonable proficiency in MS Office Understand what it is to be part of a team and ensure that learning is shared within the team.

Be able to take direction and be happy to respond to managers instructions.

Be flexible in your working hours to be able to support the delivery of the service; be reliable and dependable; identify issues and record them, along with other measures as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED GCSE or Equivalent in Qualification in Maths and English.

Package: Salary £16k- £18k 20 days holiday 8 Bank Holidays Pension
