We are now on the hunt for an Influencer Manager to join our Social team.
The role of Influencer Manager is key within the social team and the wider agency, providing our clients with a fresh perspective on how to best use influencer marketing to help achieve their business objectives.
You will be focused on delivering highly impactful social campaigns (that don’t just sit on Instagram), understanding the role of paid, owned and earned media and how to measure campaign effectiveness while ensuring that all due-diligence has been conducted and that the necessary paperwork is in place.
At this level, you will have proven in-depth and expert knowledge of influencer marketing, being able to present and discuss the current influencer landscape, challenges and opportunities with internal teams and clients.
Our recommendations need to be rooted in both quantitative (.
ROI, engagement, target audience) and qualitive (.
brand fit, cultural relevance) terms.
This role gives you the opportunity to evolve our database of influencers, maintaining contact with tastemakers, rising stars and influential talent from the worlds of fashion, sport, music and lifestyle.
You’ll Likely Need These Specialist Skills Ability to manage a number of influencer projects concurrently.
Well connected, with influencer contacts across a diverse range of industry categories.
Great experience in development influencer campaign strategies across multiple channels and content formats, understanding best practices and measurement Experience in setting up an Influencer Marketing Affiliate program (desirable) How to work with multiple stakeholders across Europe.
Efficient market management with an understanding of the communication nuances.
A flair for problem solving and finding solutions under pressure.
