A leading UK-based law firm are looking for a Business Development Assistant to provide full support to their busy Business Development Team. The successful candidate will take an active role in exploring new initiatives, overseeing logistics and building relationships with the firms' partner charities as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility Programme. They are looking for a candidate who is very well-organised with excellent attention to detail with a strong interest in BD activities. Main responsibilities · Maintaining and updating the firms' client database, ensuring information is relevant, up to date and GDPR compliant · Creating and updating lawyer profiles for the firms' website and tender proposals · Supporting internal and external events and training programmes · Supporting the tender response process and post-tender activities · Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral, such as website and social media content, flyers, internal newsletters and brochures · Gathering analytics · Assisting with internal communications and maintaining the firms' intranet pages Skills Required · Very strong attention to detail · Good IT skills - especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Excellent time management and prioritising skills · Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills · CRM, desktop publishing software and email marketing platforms knowledge is desirable · Previous experience working within legal or professional services within a similar role If this role sounds of interest, please do not hesitate to apply.
