The successful Purchase Ledger Supervisor will have full autonomy of their team of 6, driving processes and encouraging staff development - This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager to spread their wings. Description As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor your duties will include: Team management of a stable and capable team of 6 transactional finance staff Overseeing finance tasks including Purchase and Sales Ledgers Team development and training Supporting and mentoring team performance, setting achievable goals and deadlines Providing month end KPI reports on business and team performance Overseeing with client utility invoicing Cash allocations Bank reconciliations Assisting with company projects and process improvements Working closely with the Financial Controller on team forecasts and business objectives Profile The successful Purchase Ledger Supervisor will be: A capable and approachable team leader with proven management or supervisory experience Friendly in their approach to management Comprehensive transactional finance knowledge and understanding Expose to company utilities would be an advantage Confident with EPR systems including Excel in order to support and build on KPI reporting initiatives Confident communicating with people at all levels Flexible in their approach to work Strong ability to delegate tasks and support staff remotely where required Job Offer What our client will offer you: Fantastic salary DOE Generous pension Very friendly and supportive team including social events (where appropriate) 25 days holidays + BH Annual company bonus Development Opportunities WFH flexibility 35 hour working week 9-5 Free Parking
